- NEET Score Card / Admit Card
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Character Certificate
- Aadhaar Card / ID Proof
- Passport Size Photographs (8 nos.)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Medical Fitness Certificate
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc Nursing: 10+2 with PCB & English, min 45% aggregate
- Qualified in NEET-UG examination
- Minimum age: 17 years at admission
- Medically fit as per prescribed standards
- Post Basic: GNM diploma + Nurse & Midwife registration
