Every student admitted to the institution is expected to follow the rules and regulations of the college, hostel, classroom, clinical areas, and administration.
These regulations are framed to ensure academic excellence, discipline, ethical conduct, professional nursing standards, and the smooth functioning of the institution.
Students are expected to maintain good behavior, discipline, and professionalism at all times within the college campus, hostel premises, classrooms, clinical areas, and during institutional activities.
Respect toward teachers, hospital staff, patients, administrative staff, and fellow students is compulsory. Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, violence, abusive behavior, or unethical activity may lead to disciplinary action by the college administration.
Students must strictly follow all institutional instructions issued from time to time.
Attendance in theory classes, practical sessions, laboratory work, clinical postings, examinations, and institutional programs is compulsory as per institutional and Indian Nursing Council (INC) guidelines.
Students are expected to attend all academic and clinical duties regularly and punctually.
A fine of Rs. 100/- per day may be imposed for absence from class or clinical postings.

Bethel College of Nursing follows a strict Zero Tolerance Policy Against Ragging in accordance with INC guidelines, UGC Anti-Ragging Regulations, and Supreme Court directives.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited inside or outside the campus, hostel, classrooms, clinical areas, transportation, or during institutional activities.

Hostel lights must be switched off by 10:30 PM.
Students are expected to maintain silence, discipline, and a proper study environment in the hostel after the designated time.
Students must maintain cleanliness and discipline in the mess and dining areas.
Food wastage is strictly prohibited.
A fine of Rs. 100/- may be imposed if food is found wasted. Students are advised to take only the quantity of food they can consume.
Students must maintain proper nursing ethics, discipline, punctuality, grooming, and respectful behavior during clinical postings and hospital duties.
Wearing proper uniform and identity card during academic and clinical activities is compulsory.
Any misconduct in hospital or clinical areas may lead to disciplinary action or suspension from clinical duties.
